Sorachi Ace Saison

Since our beginning we wanted to be the only brewery in Greece that experiments heavily with Saisons and Farmhouse Ales.
This Saison is a twist on our original Blonde Saison recipe brewed entirely with the Japanese hop "Sorachi Ace".
This exotic hop, combined with the unique Saison yeast, create an exotic marriage on which the notes of kiwi, melon and citrus dominate, creating a very juicy refreshing beer without bitterness and sweetness!
Our Sorachi Ace Saison pairs wonderfully with the multifaceted Greek cuisine, while being an all-day alternative brew!

Ingredients:  Wheat malt, Barley malt, Hops, Ardennes Saison yeast, Water
