Weissted Years

Our first limited-edition collaboration brew with our oldest friends in the Greek craft beer scene, the Athenian Noctua owls.
Together, we brewed a tropical storm of a Weiss in the middle of the Cyclades. A breeze of summer in the middle of the winter.

Ingredients:  Barley malt, Wheat malt, Hops, Hefeweizen yeast, Water
