Our second collaboration was with Four Seasons Athens and more specifically Taverna-37, a fun and vibrant traditional Greek tavern, offering a rustic seafront experience in the Athenian Riviera.
We share similar values with the team behind Taverna-37 as they have created an original tavern that showcases Greek food made with artisanal ingredients curated from all over Greece.
Our fusion couldn’t be anything else than a Farmhouse Ale.
A golden, naturally hazy ale with a thick foam and light body.
It is bone dry with a subtle fruity aroma and a perfect companion to the multifarious Greek cuisine of Taverna-37.
Ingredients: Wheat malt, Barley malt, Hops, Ardennes Saison yeast, Water
