This Mikònu beer hosts a truly Cycladic affair: distilling excellence meets brewing innovation in Mykonos.
An adventurous brew, aged for twelve months in French Oak barrels, previously used by Makryonitis Syros Distillery to age their Assyrtiko-pomace Tsipouro for a year.
The distinctive aromas of this aged spirit with its brandy-like profile, meet the coffee notes of a Porter creating a smooth, full bodied beer with a beige head, a mocha forward characteer and hints of bitter chocolate.
We proudly present the 2023 Barrel Aged Chocolate Porter on Tsipouro.
Hand-bottled in a limited number, on the island of Mykonos, in September 2024 and are available only at the brewery.
